What impact do you think Gove's Free School scheme will have on independent schools?

Do you think they (independent fee paying schools) will be ran out of business or do you think they won't be seriously hurt, OR, do you think they'll not notice the difference? I support independent schools over ANY government school, no matter how much autonomy they have from the government. A government school is a government school and sooner or later they'll have to be yanked by strings from the government and be strapped by red tape.
