My daughter just caught my husbands cold.?

Shes running a fever with a runny nose, coughing, and sneezing. Her fever is down with baby fever reducers, but I wanted to know if I should take her to her doctor and I also wanted to know if its ok to give her diluted orange juice? She'll be 6 months on friday. thank you
