POLL: What would you do if your nice neighbor gave you cookies that are hard as a rock???

I like the "about me" message in your profile -- I'm a big fan of "Sister Soul" myself. Well, to your question -- I would probably try to discretely test the cookies for softness (by squeezing or bending them), & if they were too hard, I'd simply say, "Oh thank you, but I'm so stuffed at the moment.....I'll have to try them later."
