HAS ANYONE RECIEVED THERE REFUND FROM JACKSON HEWITT THE RIP OFFS YET!?

My mother went to jackson hewitt like she does every year. She was told she would get her refund in 8-15 days but the lady lied and misrepresented what the process was. Should she had explained correctly that we were basically paying them to recieve the money from the irs and have them issue us a check in the same amount of time we would not have opted for that and i would have just e filed. They lied and i am starting a petition for another lawsuit. My mom is pretty old and we live in different stated they took advantage of her and many others.,Had anyone recied their checks and if so was it any day other than a friday??
