Would people rather there services where slightly priced more & then to not be expected to tip?

Im saying this as it annoys me that when out at a restaurant say there is some waiter over being fake and full of it to you because they want you to give them money, then after you pay they don't want to know anymore and the real them shows you are lucky to get a thank you or goodbye, it makes me want my money back, i tip around 20% of the bill but these people think they deserve about 100% because it killed them to say hello or be human, id rather the bill was slightly dearer to pay them a wage that we we aren't expected to make up for them because i usually end up leaving angry at the charade i was put through to part with my money that wasn't appreciated!!
