This is everything i ate today, i feel like I overate a lot, did i?
These aren't meals, but most are like small snack foods- Today i ate a nectarine, a powerbar, i think about 5 or 6 crackers, a handful of teddygrams, an eggwhite omelette,a piece of toast, a small bowl of cereal, some cheese, vegetables, and 2 marshmallows. I'm 15 btw if this makes any difference. My stomach doesn't feel at all like i over ate, but I think i did. Yesterday i ate only a plum, some granola, and another eggwhite omelette (very little amount of food) so could that be why i ate so much today??
