Good profession combination for level 6 Dwarf Hunter (WoW)?

I have a level 25 human pally with Skinning and Mining (for gold), and I've leveled mining to 450 about 2 times, and I'm not sure what to do. I dropped mining on my hunter and I'm thinking about going Skinning/Herb. What do you guys think?
