Could this be considered abuse?

i have tried to support my brother, i have attended all his games, given him advice, i have tried to be hospitable to his friends, congratulated him at all his successes, warned him of things, and supported him on everything, but in return he insults me, insults my views and beliefs, tempts me to break my oaths to God, he hits me about every last thing, when my mom yells at him he does it in secret, he cusses me out, he won't listen to me, and he lets his friends do the same thing to me, and refuses to go to my band recitals and help me with the information i need for my book
