Whats the best prepaid deal since alltel got bought?

I used to have alltel U prepaid... it was .75 cent a day... unlimited txting free nights and weekends... it was a pretty good deal in my eyes... i dropped my phone in a pool being wild a couple days before the verizon switch... now when i got to the alltel site to buy a new phone for my old plan it tells me to go to verizon... but the verizon prepaid plans are no where near the old alltel ones... anyone know where i can get a good deal as good as my old alltel one? [[i noticed i can still log onto my alltel accout and it shows my old plan...at the top it says i can change to a new phone i just have to put in the new esn number from the phone or whatever...so if that would work could i just buy a new phone from somewhere and put in the number and still have my alltel plan? would my service work? if so where can i get a phone?]]
