Where can you buy citric acid?

I am making some spa products and the recipe calls for citric acid, glycerin, unflavored gelatin, witch hazel, and rose water. I have NO clue where to buy these items. Would I find them at a grocery store or a drugstore. I also don't have the time to buy these products off of the internet.
