Friend with perspiration problems?

My friend just told me today that she has this problem with always perpiring (underarm) and she has tried every deoderant and they didn't work. So, she needs help finding one that will eork for her. I have never had this problem so I have no clue what to tell her. Does anyone know any really good deodorants or I guess prescription medicines for her to use?
